History of East Coast Park
It was opened in the 1970s when the government completed reclaiming land off the coast at Katong which extends from Changi to Kallang. It also serves various neighbourhood communities such as Kallang and Marine Parade.
Residence at the Seaside Residences will get access to the largest park in Singapore and is built entirely on reclaimed land with a man-made beach, where swimming is possible. If you are wondering, the beach is also protected by breakwaters.
Things to do at East Coast Park
